Chris Mullins
Chris is an Australian sports-business professional and the founder and CEO of MBP Sports.
With over 50 years of experience in racquet sports, including 25 in Singapore, he is a certified Australian Master Tennis Coach (1999) and has played and coached at all levels.
Chris previously held senior management roles in government, multinationals, and SMEs. He consistently integrates sport into his leadership and development work. Hands-on in both coaching and business, he is passionate about helping individuals and communities reach their full potential via his quality sports business model..
Janet Wong
Janet, Director and COO of MBP Sports, brings over 30 years of senior experience in wealth and risk management. A racquet sports enthusiast, she leads staff development, oversees operations, and manages the company’s financial strategy.
Born in Hong Kong and educated in both Hong Kong and Toronto, she plays a key role in MBP’s mission to connect East and West through sport.

Alan Brown
Alan brings a strong background in education, technology, and sport, leading innovation and business development at MBP Sports. A former school teacher with tech expertise, he has successfully integrated AI to streamline operations and enhance both customer and coaching experiences.
He oversees coach training programs, corporate events, and logistics across all MBP locations, ensuring programs meet the highest standards and cater to all skill levels. Les Crawford
Les Crawford, a lifelong friend and sporting peer of our founder, brings a rich background in elite track and field, football, and tennis. A former senior fitness manager with the RAAF, Les has decades of experience training world champions and leading high-performance programs.
His practical sports science expertise and passion for coaching enhance MBP’s KFTE methodology, supporting our mission to elevate sports education from grassroots to elite levels..

Nick, MBP Sports’ experienced tennis coach for over eight years, is a former Myanmar #1 and Davis Cup player. A certified coach in Padel and Pickleball, he helps introduce these sports in Singapore’s CBD venues. Coach GS Wee
GS Wee brings decades of racquet sports experience to MBP Sports, coaching Tennis, Padel, and Pickleball. A certified instructor, he offers structured programs for all skill levels, emphasising junior fundamentals and beginner adult lessons. Known for his supportive approach and trust-building style, GS helps new players improve confidence and develop a strong technical foundation for long-term success.
Coach Gabe
Gabe is a professional coach at MBP Sports who began his pickleball coaching journey and earned his certification in Singapore in 2022. He has been trained in the KFTE coaching model used at MBP Sports and plays a key role in delivering skill-based group sessions and private coaching.
Coach Joe Cortes
Joseph Cortes is a dedicated coach based in Singapore, specializing in pickleball, tennis, and scuba diving. He began coaching tennis in 2020 and added pickleball in 2024, quickly standing out through local events and community work. Known for his patient and energetic style, he supports players of all levels.
