Pump Tennis Is Great For:
To improve our overall health and reduce the risk of heart disease, we need at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic exercise every day. Pump Tennis goes a long way to helping you realise this target. Pump Tennis is designed to elevate each participants heart rate into their recommended heart rate range, and stay there.
