Pump Tennis is for people who want to get a serious workout, and have a lot of fun in the process. Pump Tennis offers an excellent option to meet this recommendation in a fun way “Tennis can be a great activity for improving agility and endurance,” says Dr. Cedric Bryant, fitness expert for the American Council on Exercise (ACE). “It works on muscular endurance, conditioning of the major muscle groups of your lower body, and can work to improve your flexibility. It also is a very effective calorie burner, so it can help with weight control.
