Our Priority Policy is to create fairness to all users and ensure more are given the opportunity to enjoy the facility. Every effort is made by MBPSPORTS to accommodate regular users and visitors requests and flexibility is available.

Conditions of MBPSPORTS Marina Level 4 court usage |

1) Payment must be made OR guaranteed via hotel service agreement BEFORE any request is confirmed. 2) All booked sessions are subject to 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. (Penalty 100%) 3) Rainouts are at the discretion of MBPSPORTS. (decided 1 hour prior to scheduled sessions) NOT CHARGEABLE 4) Session times are strictly adhered to & enforced.- recommend users arrive ahead of session time. 5) Appropriate tennis attire (non marking soles) must be worn at all times. 6) MBPSPORTS reserves the right to refuse entry / service to persons breaching or not accepting conditions of use. 7) Hotel staff responsible to assist guest locate facilities Advance bookings are accepted up to 3 weeks in advance & final confirmation only given upon payment being received by MBPSPORTS. 8) Hotel Guest must be contactable by MBPSPORTS either directly or via hotel contact point. (RE: Reminders/Rain Cancellations) 9) Hotel Staff/Guests can view MBPSPORTS timings/schedule updates via MBPSPORTS website. 10) MBPSPORTS or any of its staff will not be held responsible for any injuries or loss of property at its site. 11) MBPSPORTS reserves the right to use any filming or/and client feedback for marketing purposes as it sees fit. 12) No on site filming will be permitted without the prior approval of MBPSPORTS management.
